DOTT Consulting is founded by Dr. Kisha Bellande-Francis, who has over 20 years of experience in education and 9 years of experience in consulting to school districts in the U.S. Through these experiences, Kisha has been able to acquire the skills to help schools improve their school-wide culture, teacher pedagogy, and student achievement. Improved school grade
This project entailed 6 weeks of in-person classroom visits and leadership coaching. As a result of Dr. Bellande-Francis' guidance, the school's letter grade improved to a B from a D.

This project is ongoing with in-person classroom visits and leadership coaching as well as online planning sessions. As a result of DOTT Consulting, pre-school students have increased their level of independence and success, teachers have a focused approach to planning quality lessons, and leaders are building a strong school-wide culture.

This project entailed 10 weeks of in-person classrooms visits, professional development sessions, and leadership coaching. As a result of Dr. Bellande-Francis' guidance, graduation rate increased by 30%.
